Sometimes the most exciting and charming Christmas celebrations aren’t hosted by the big cities but are actually found in the sweet and friendly towns that abound in Louisiana. If you live in New Orleans, there are some great holiday celebrations that we know you are going to love.

This beautiful town is home to the annual festival of the bonfires that is well known throughout the state for it's beautiful lighting of the levee.

This year Slidell will once again host weekend celebrations where the lights will be twinkling, trees will be on display, and Santa will be on hand to visit with the children.
