Incredible hash, omelettes, breakfast sandwiches, and waffles. Pictured above is their Duck-duck-goose waffle: a Belgian waffle topped with confit local duck and sweet potato hash, foie gras butter, two sunny side up eggs and then dusted with powdered sugar and a drizzle of cane syrup. Yum!

Their Metairie location is open six days a week, Tuesday-Sunday from 7am-2pm. Their downtown location is open five days a week, Monday-Friday from 7am-2pm.
