Take River Road northwest from New Orleans and you'll be met with some of the most beautiful stretches of countryside anywhere around the city of New Orleans. Not only will you find idyllic barns like this, there is also numerous historic plantation homes along your drive.

Travel east to St. Bernard parish and you'll be charmed by the beauty here, especially this gorgeous tree lined part of the road where Docville Farms is found. It's one of the most beautiful oak tree alleys in all of Louisiana.
