Deano’s opened in 1971 as a small pizza parlor, family owned and operated. While they've expanded over the years, they still maintain the same high quality standards that has kept them in business for so long. 4. Fleur de Lis Pizza
If you live in or around Baton Rouge, chances are you’ve passed by this well-known pink building. Fleur de Lis has been slinging delicious pizza since 1946, and they certainly have a recipe for success. (Just remember they’re a cash only joint.) 5. Lee’s Flying Pizza

6. Neely’s Pizzeria

7. Peggy’s Homemade Pizza

Grady Verret opened the first Peppers in 1998 over in Thibodaux. His goal was to make the perfect pizza with the freshest ingredients. 9. Pizza Man
Opened in 1976, The Pizza Man is the north shore’s oldest pizza joint. If you grew up in the area, you remember watching the pizza man making your pizza through that glass window (while "Puff the Magic Dragon" was playing in the background). 11. Tony’s Pizza
Tony’s has been a Lake Charles tradition since 1968, and it’s easy to see why it’s been a favorite. When you go, you have to try the spaghetti and meatball pizza, (pictured above). It’ll change your life. It's located at 335 E Prien Lake Rd, Lake Charles, Louisiana 70601.
12. Wildwood Pizza
