The train that they are now restoring was built in 1964 and brought to Jackson in 1998.
The route includes four historic sites in Jackson as well as forests and other attractions.

The all-volunteer staff is eager for assistance to make their dream of the train coming to regular service to life.
They are lovingly cared for and presented, and it's obvious how much the craftspeople who create model trains care about the work they are doing.
