The ghost of the famed pirate Jean Lafitte is said to roam this small alley that runs along St. Louis Cathedral.

On this long and windy swamp road drivers have reported ghost hitchhikers—some even say if you communicate with them, they might have a treasure to share with you!

One of the oldest streets in Louisiana, Front St. patrons and shop owners have reported seeing the ghosts of confederate soldiers wandering at night.

On her wedding day, a woman’s horse and buggy overturned on this bridge while she was on her way to the church. Since then, people passing over the bridge have reported hearing the radios cut out and a seeing a white wedding dress hovering over the water.

Some have said that a man in a tall black hat haunts the road at this juncture.

Long ago there was a drive-by shooting on this street where many innocent people were killed. Some say they can still hear their ghosts near the anniversary of that event.

Eerie figures have been seen wandering around the old metal sheds that populate the fields on this road.

Visitors say they can see lights on at the old home and people from antebellum times roaming around the grounds.
