If you’re a thrill-seeker, then you have to check out the longest zipline in Louisiana. Gators & Friends is located just outside of Shreveport and features what is perhaps the coolest attraction in the entire Bayou State. Not only can you take a ride on an epic seven-part zipline, but you’ll be soaring over a live alligator pond towards the end!
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. While we continue to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, please take proper precautions or add them to your bucket list to see at a later date. The goal of Gators & Friends is to raise awareness about different types of animals, their habitat, lifestyle, and survival techniques.

Kids will love getting to pet and feed their new furry friends.

Gators & Friends offers two different zipline packages: a four-line course and a seven-line course.

The four-line course takes about 45 minutes to an hour to complete.

Don’t worry, your safety is their primary concern! You’ll watch a short instructional video and trained guides will be with you at each tower.

Did we mention the park is home to over 150 alligators? You’ll be flying right over their heads!

Hop in one of their gas-powered karts and zoom around their 1,600-foot track at speeds of over 35 mph.
