Since Katrina, there have been some amazing stories of rejuvenation and rebuilding coming out of the greater New Orleans area. But of course, not everything was able to bounce back in the same way, and perhaps the most intriguing area that is still languishing since the storm is the former Six Flags New Orleans park in New Orleans east. The video below has captured that incredible sight in a way that you probably have never seen before. Check out this drone video that caught this abandoned place like you’ve never seen it:

Can you believe this video and what it was able to capture? I find it truly mesmerizing. There is some light at the end of this tunnel, however—as they have recently begun talks again about developing this site to become an amusement park once again.
