Get Lost In These 5 Awesome Corn Mazes In Louisiana This Fall
Fall in Louisiana means that it’s time to gather up the family and go out for a fun day in the country. Check out these five corn mazes where you’ll have more fun getting lost than you ever imagined!
1. Dixie Maze Farms, Shreveport
The theme at Dixie Maze Farms is PokemonGo this year—and you'll have tons of fun navigating it— but we can't guarantee that you'll find a Pokemon here. The Fall Festival runs September 24th through October 31st. Hours Sunday - Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Friday and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to midnight. 9596 Sentell Road, Shreveport.
2. CM Farms, Dry Creek
This corn maze is open through the entire month of October and through November 26th (closed Sundays). Come hungry, because this farm also offers tasty pizza, cheeseburgers and a host of homemade treats like fudge and kettle corn. Open Friday nights from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturday/Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.. 252 CM Farms Road (formally John Broussard Road), Dry Creek.
3. Cajun Country Corn Maze, Pine Grove
This 7.5-acre corn maze has a Wizard of Oz theme this year. Visit Friday 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.; Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
4. Steele's Farm, Angie
Steele's Farm doesn't have their annual corn maze this year, but you can still have a blast there during the Fall Festival. Take a hay ride, choose a pumpkin and enjoy the petting zoo. Grab a snack and drink at the concession stand and enjoy it at one of the farm's picnic tables. 56459 Dollar Road, Angie.
5. Farmer Jim's Pumpkin Patch and Corn Maze, Rolling Fork Mississippi
Located just across the Louisiana border, this little corn maze is actually in Mississippi, but it's still worth a visit. In addition to the corn maze, you'll find lots of games, a wagon ride and a pumpkin patch. Open every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highway 16 Rolling Fork, Mississippi.
