This Canopy Walk In Kentucky Will Make Your Stomach Drop

I am somewhat a cliche'. I grew up running around barefoot on a farm in Kentucky.
I love writing, art, sunshine, all animals and my incredibly patient husband, who tolerates my "crazy animal lady" side.
You might be surprised to learn that we have an amazing canopy walk in Kentucky. There are even those that might be unaware of exactly what a canopy walk is. Fortunately, Bernheim Arboretum and Research Forest at 2499 Clermont Road in Clermont offers the perfect place to become acquainted with one. It takes us on a beautiful above ground stroll you can experience and appreciate at your own pace. This is somewhere you will definitely want to take your camera, as the scenery is breathtaking.
This Canopy Walk in Kentucky may not be as long as some, but the views are just as breathtaking. It is easy to wander around Bernheim for hours just soaking up nature and enjoying the serenity. Bernheim Forest was one of my favored spots in youth, and still provides a welcome escape from the city. The tree top walk wasn’t around back then, but it is a welcome distraction now.
