I love writing, art, sunshine, all animals and my incredibly patient husband, who tolerates my "crazy animal lady" side.
Movie theaters have changed a lot of over the past few decades. When I was a kid they was all about the movie. Concessions were simple with things like popcorn, soda pop, and a small selection of candies like Raisinets, malted milk balls, and Juju fruits. Now when going to a movie theater there is a virtual smorgasbord from pizza and candy, to popcorn and burgers. The opening commercials tend to be a little longer as well.
Here are 10 theaters across Kentucky that gives you a very intense viewing experience:
Kentucky doesn’t have an overabundance of move theaters across the state. The majority of our counties just have 1 Movie Theater, but a few have 2 or more. Louisville and Lexington have the biggest variety, but many of the more rural counties actually have a drive in theater instead of an indoor type.
