The state park offers several different cave tours, from self-guided walks to organized expeditions led by a park ranger.

There are even "next level" tours (that's actually what they're called!) that literally venture through the park's deepest underground tunnels.
Definitely opt for a guided tour; they range in length from 0.25-0.75 miles, with anywhere from 75 to 225 steps.
