This happens frequently in Kentucky and near Mammoth Cave in Park City, a picturesque trail has been created, thanks to a sink hole-created pond above the cave system. Sloan’s Crossing Pond Trail is a short, but scenic, boardwalk trail that winds its way around a pond and is perfect to explore before summer ends.
