Welcome to the Yarn Barn of Kansas! Sitting in a non-barn building in Lawrence, this place has a plethora of yarn that's just begging to be turned into something beautiful.
Not only do they have an insane amount of yarn stocked here, but they also give classes on knitting, crocheting, spinning, and weaving. Learning a new craft is always a great experience!
The Yarn Barn is open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Wednesday as well as Friday and Saturday. On Thursday they're open from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., and on Sunday they're open from 1 to 4 p.m. Happy crafting!
Born and raised Kansan, Clarisa has lived in both tiny towns and cities during her time here in the Sunflower State, mostly in the south central area.
