Welcome to Trinity Smokehouse, a BBQ joint in Pratt, Kansas that cooks up big flavors all the time.

They serve a mesquite/hickory smoked barbecue blend, less like the traditional Kansas City and more like Texas. As much as we love our KC flavors, this style can be just as tasty.

They're open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays, and from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. They are closed for both Sunday and Monday.
