Prime sits right up on the Mariah Hills golf course and is the perfect spot for enjoying the scenery before your meal. They offer finer dining without all the stuffiness of reservation-only places that charge an arm and a leg.
Not only are their red meats good and locally sourced, but they boast one heck of a chicken fried steak as well. Covered in gravy and hand-breaded is all we ask for, but it tastes oh so divine.
They're open for lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and dinner from 4 to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, as well as open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on both Fridays and Saturdays.
