Fall is quickly approaching, and it won’t be too long before leaves start to change color and make Kansas even more beautiful. Everything from the trees, to the fields, to the festivals and foods we enjoy are part of the Kansas celebration of the harvest and fall in general. However, we always look forward to when leaves are their most colorful, and some of us even take time off to travel and enjoy fall foliage to the fullest.
