This Delightful Restaurant In Kansas Will Serve You The Best No-Frills Breakfast
Are you an early bird type of person when you travel? Traveling always makes me hungry, especially if it’s early in the morning. Sometimes all those fancy looking foods at all those fancy restaurants are nice, but when it comes to breakfast, simple is usually better. When you just want breakfast and no frills or obstacles, small diners like this one are the best places to go.

Welcome to Stacy's Restaurant, a hometown diner style restaurant that's been around awhile -- and hopefully stays that way.
Stacy's has been serving Kansans and anyone else who stops by since 1963. Homestyle cooking is what they prefer, and if you ask any local fans, they'd quickly agree.
They serve simple food done right, but you don't have a shortage of menu items to choose from. If you can picture a perfect breakfast spread cooked by your family during your childhood, odds are it looked similar to what you'll find on the menu here at Stacy's. Biscuits and gravy, warm cinnamon rolls, pancakes, and plenty of extras and sides to make sure you don't leave hungry.
No matter what you order, food is prepared how you ask it to be cooked, and the service is always Kansas hospitality sweet. They haven't been in business this long for no reason, after all!
Even if you arrive a little later for lunch, you'll be treated with the same service and simple, tasty foods that you'd expect. Even better, come twice in one day to try both breakfast and lunch. It really is that good!
Next time you're looking for a simple, no-frills breakfast, keep Stacy's in mind. They're open from 5 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sundays.
You’ll find Stacy’s Restaurant at 118 W Flint Hills Blvd, Junction City, Kansas. Stop by sometime for a relaxing meal with no rush to get you out the door.
