Here it is! Though we call it Mount Sunflower, we know good and well that it isn't much more than a molehill. Our state is mostly flat as a whole, but sloped in a way that this point near Colorado is our highest bit of land.

We've made this point into a travel destination, a spot to mark off of your bucket list when going west. It sits 4,039 feet, quite high for Kansas!

Mount Sunflower is on private land owned by Ed and Cindy Harold, who encourage well meaning visitors anytime. Just respect the marker, and have a good time!
