Welcome to Salina's very own Hickory Hut BBQ, a restaurant that started out as a traveling shop selling in grocery store parking lots and grew to become the brick-and-mortar store you see today.

Known in Salina since 1983, Hickory Hut worked hard to stick around, and became a favorite of many Kansans. In 2005, they opened their current location to offer both drive-through and dine-in options to their ever growing market.
