The founding partners decided on a barbecue joint in Alabama, with a southern style BBQ we don't often see in Kansas. We'll give it a chance though, for the sake of barbecue.
Of course, if you're dead set on KC style BBQ, you might not be open to other ideas. If you love anything barbecue though, you'll find that Moe's is a great spot to indulge in saucy meats.
