The Redbud Trail, part of the Rails to Trails program, stretches for 11 miles from I-135 canal route to just past Augusta. Parts of the trail have been paved around Wichita State University, but the majority is gravel and perfect for walking, running, and biking.

Wichita now has three trampoline parks around the city: Urban Air (West), Get Air (Downtown), and Wichita Sports Forum (East). Trampoline Parks are fun for ALL ages and really do provide a good workout…and you hardly even notice while you are having so much fun!

Miller's Meadow is a five-mile single-track mountain bike trail located on the southwest corner of Pawnee and 143rd.Even though the trail is rated "beginner," this is really is for more experienced mountain bike riders. The trails are also used by runners, so it’s set up for bikers to go one direction while runners head the opposite direction – check the signs before you begin!

Pawnee Prairie Park is a great place to run, hike, and horseback ride in Wichita. The park is huge and has a variety of paved and dirt trails; keep an eye on where you are headed – it’s not hard to get lost if you aren’t paying attention. Try bringing a few running buddies along for a great way to get outside and active together!

The K96 Bike Path is a perfect cycling, running, and walking path in Wichita. It passes through the Great Plains Nature Center and follows K96 for 8 miles. The path is well maintained and offers some beautiful views!

Sedgwick County Park has a bike trail, basketball courts, tennis courts, softball fields, volleyball courts, fishing, roller hockey, and playgrounds. It is a perfect park to get outside and moving no matter what your favorite activity is!
