The market is located in downtown Davenport along the Mississippi Riverfront. The market is anchored by the historic Freight House Building. It was built in 1917 to handle increased freight traffic in Davenport before the country entered World War I.

There's plenty of parking near the market but you may have to walk a short distance. There's limited parking is available in the Freight House lot by Modern Woodmen Park, otherwise there's some free street parking and garages nearby.

The market has brought together products from nearly 200 producers and artisans - they offer some fantastic items and are also happy to provide free cooking and gardening advice.
