1. Blue Belle Inn B&B and Tea House
The Blue Belle is a cozy and charming Queen Anne Victorian B&B. 4. Kingsley Inn

5. Historic Park Inn Hotel
The Historic Park Inn is one of the most unique inns not just in the state, but anywhere. It is the last remaining Frank Lloyd Wright designed and built hotel in the world. 6. The Redstone Inn & Suites
This 1894 Victorian bed-and-breakfast is a true stunner. The inn features 15 rooms with historical charm along with modern amenities, like wi-fi and suites with whirlpools. 7. The Inn at Potter’s Mill
This lovely inn is located right next to the bluffs and the Mississippi River and is surrounded by natural beauty. There are three charming rooms with modern touches like wi-fi and flat screen TVs. 8. Mont Rest Inn Bed & Breakfast
This charming inn was built in the 1890s and is located on an incredible 9-acre wooded bluff with stunning views of the Mississippi River. 9. The Mandolin Inn
This incredible Edwardian mansion is the home of the Mandolin Inn. The inn offers eight charming guest rooms and many unique architectural details. One of the main features of the inn is a stained glass window with the likeness of Saint Cecilia, patron saint of musicians, holding a mandolin. Located at 199 Loras Blvd., Dubuque, IA.
10. Mason House Inn
The historic Mason House Inn is one of the oldest continually operating inns in the United States. The inn also has a one-of-a-kind guest suite located in an actual train caboose. The inn is located in the charming little town of Bentonsport, with plenty to see and do. If you need any more encouragement to visit, there’s a cookie jar in every room. 11. Black Horse Inn
The Black Horse Inn at the Sherrill Mount House is noteworthy in that it is one of a very small number of pre-Civil War era hotels surviving in the state of Iowa. Located along the Mississippi River Bluff, the inn features 4 guest suites, all with amazing views. There are also many attractions and amazing restaurants nearby.
