There’s one downside to being a Hoosier, though: living here pretty much ruins your chance of ever enjoying living anywhere else. Don’t believe me? Living amongst farms is pretty fantastic, especially if it means you get great local produce, dairy, and meat. Want organic, pesticide-free, fresh-off-the-farm goods? Don’t move away and it’s all yours.
Admit it, even if you aren’t a huge racing fan, if you heard commotion about the Indy 500 anywhere else, you’d be itching to get home.
Indiana has a huge craft beer scene and a ton of wineries scattered throughout the state. Move away and you’ll quickly find less variety.
