Newfields is the new name for the IMA (the Indianapolis Museum of Art). With this change from 2017 comes some new events, like this incredible winter light festival, aptly named Winterlights.

One million lights are scattered throughout the Newfields grounds for this museum's second annual winter lights festival. If you've ever wanted to walk in a winter wonderland, Newfields can turn your dream into a reality.

This outdoor lights festival offers a magical late night stroll through the gorgeous garden grounds. Cross through forests and fields while surrounded by festive holiday lights.

You'll find unique stops along your trek, including whimsical trees, Snowflake Bridge, and warming stations where guests are encouraged to make s'mores. Cider, cocoa, beer, and wine are also offered.

Tickets cost between $8 - $20, with discounts for Newfields members. You can enjoy this holiday lights show now through January 6, 2018.
