Jack’s Donuts is another donut franchise scattered all over the state of Indiana. You can find one in New Castle, Greenfield, Fishers, and Carmel. 3. Long’s Bakery


If you live in (or near) Indianapolis, you would probably agree Long’s Bakery serves the best donuts in the entire state. If you don’t live in or near Indianapolis and have never had Long’s Bakery, you are probably going to fight tooth to nail in the comments area for a different bakery, and there is nothing wrong with that! The best time to get donuts from Long’s is first thing in the morning. Their freshly baked donuts taste like you are biting into sugary air.

Dan’s is the name of a bakery and donut shop found in Kokomo. What’s weird about this bakery is the hours of operation. This bakery opens at 1AM every night and serves their customers until noon. Want freshly baked donuts? Get in line! A line for the delicious pastries this donut shop serves starts forming around midnight.

5. Cresent Donuts

Cresent Donuts is located in Bloomington, Indiana. Individuals who have had the pleasure of trying these donuts will tell you it puts the donuts at Long’s Bakery to shame. I’ve never tried them personally, so I’m still a Long’s Bakery fan girl. The folks of Southern Indiana agree this is one of the best donut shops in Indiana.

6. Cornerstone Bakery

You can find this bakery and donut shop in Greensburg, Indiana. Along with a donut, you can get coffee, milk, a Danish, or some juice. In addition to the mouthwatering donuts, what people really like about this bakery is the prices. You can get an entire dozen of donuts while spending less than $20.

7. Wabash Donut Shoppe

Just as the name implies, you can find this donut store in Wabash, Indiana. Ironically, it’s also located on S Wabash Street. You are not going to find better donuts in (or near) Wabash than what they sell at this donut shop.

8. Deluxe Donuts

Within Anderson, Indiana (and a 30 mile radius from it), you are not going to find better tasting donuts. From their strawberry glazed donuts to their maple glazed donuts, and their coffee glazed donuts, they have a little something for everyone on their menu.

9. Donut Bank

You can find Donut Bank in Evansville, Indiana. Don’t be surprised if you eat so many of their donut holes you end up throwing up. They are THAT good.
