Established in 2016, 1000 Degree Wood Fired Pizza is a small-town pizza place that is known for its delicious style of pizza that isn't found in many places throughout the Hoosier State.
The restaurant is locally owned and offers outdoor seating during the warm months. It is famous for its 8,000-pound brick oven that was transported from Boston to be used to make pies in Indiana.
The owners began by making pizzas for their neighbors and other locals before opening the shop in a small town of less than 400 residents in central Indiana.
In addition to brick oven pizza, menu items include cheesy bread, breadsticks, bagel sticks, BBQ sandwiches, lasagna, calzones, smoked wings, and other delicious dishes.
Specialty pizzas include taco, the carnivore, the hog lovers, buffalo chicken, bacon cheeseburger, chicken bacon ranch, BBQ chicken, Hawaiian, veggie, and more.
You can also pick your own toppings to create a pizza that is just the way you like it. No matter how many you choose, your pie will be wood-fired to perfection.
