For Illinoisans, many feelings come up around this time of year, when the warm months begin to wane. The days seem to already be getting cooler, and leaves will start to change color in less than a month. There are many thoughts we have about summer ending that are recurrent each year, and if you’re from Illinois, you’ll probably recognize all of them.
