Located on the bluffs off the Illinois River in La Salle County, Starved Rock State Park sees many, many visitors each year–from Illinois and from across the world. The park is repeatedly voted the best attraction in Illinois. With one visit here, it is easy to see why. It just doesn’t look like the rest of Illinois.

Occupying over 2,630 acres, Starved Rock State Park features 18 canyons, waterfalls, and 13 miles of trails for you to explore the park however you like.
