Grand View Drive in central Illinois is a scenic adventure that meanders about 2.5 miles along the Illinois River, mostly through the town of Peoria.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this scenic drive was constructed in 1903 and named the "world's most beautiful drive" by President Theodore Roosevelt in 1910 upon his visit.

The homes are grand and prestigious, and their beauty rivals that of the natural wonders that surround them on all sides.
