The idea of Negranti Creamery began in 2010 when owner Alexis Negranti began a sheep dairy. For several years, Alexis worked hard developing mouthwatering ice cream flavors and ensuring every product was healthy, flavorful, and something she could proudly serve.

The ice cream from Negranti Creamery is different than many similar products. Not only is the ice cream made using milk from pasture-raised ewes, but it is lactose intolerant friendly and gluten-free.
