The One Place To Sleep In Idaho That’s Beyond Your Wildest Dreams
It’s no secret that Idaho is a great place to vacation. Our beautiful state even offers up some truly unique places to stay to make your trip a memorable one. From cabins, lodges, yurts to even treehouses or fire lookout towers…you name it, and Idaho has it. The lodge featured here, Idaho Rocky Mountain Ranch, is one of the most extraordinary places to stay for a blissful getaway in the mountains!
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. While we continue to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, please take proper precautions or add them to your bucket list to see at a later date. If you know of a local business that could use some extra support during these times, please nominate them here: onlyinyourstate.com/nominate

The ranch has retained it's original rustic feel over the last century and is even part of the National Register of Historic Places.

Take one of the hundreds of hiking trails that will lead you through the Sawtooth and White Cloud Mountains. Fish at one of the many streams feeding into the glorious Salmon River. Go horseback riding, mountain biking, rock climbing, or soak in a natural hot spring! There's no need for WiFi here, because nature provides all of the entertainment you could desire.

Or you can explore the unique eccentricities of the nearby towns of Stanley, Sun Valley, Ketchum, or Challis. You can even stop at one of the ghost towns such as Custer or Bonanza on the way back!
