Here in Idaho, we certainly know a thing or two about incredible food. We have restaurants all over the state that serve food that is out of this world, and one of these incredible places to eat is The Curb. This bar and grill in Meridian is where you can enjoy a good game and devour tasty Southwest-style pub food. It’s a hidden gem in Treasure Valley that you’ll be glad you discovered.

The Curb opened its doors in 2010 and has become the place to go when you are craving delicious southwest-style pub food.

This bar and grill has a lively, fun, and exciting atmosphere. With eight big-screen TVs around the restaurant, there is always something to keep your attention.

When you visit The Curb, you must start with one of its tasty appetizers. You will find popular pub food like wings, pretzels, and jalapeno poppers as well as a few unique items like southwest Brussels sprouts and a smoked brisket quesadilla.

If you love nachos, this restaurant is where you will find some of the best in Treasure Valley. The Curb Can Nachos are made in a large tin can and packed with all types of toppings from chicken and jalapenos to guacamole and cheese sauce.

When it comes to the entrees, you’ll find both classic and unique options, and every dish is absolutely incredible. For example, the smoked huckleberry burger features smoked huckleberry goat cheese, candied bacon, arugula, and sriracha mayo — and it is a must-try.
