The smaller pool contains water that ranges from 105-107 degrees Fahrenheit. This one is best for those who prefer their hot spring water super hot!
As far as amenities go, Challis Hot Springs boasts 33 RV camping sites, 13 tent camping sites, and eight rooms in their Bed and Breakfast. You really couldn't ask for a more scenic camping location. The surrounding mountains make you feel like you're contained in your own little private bubble of Idaho beauty.
The campground is situated right along the Salmon River, so recreational opportunities are abundant. Hiking and ATV trails are accessed directly from the property. The river is perfect for fishing, boating, or simply dipping your toes in.
Located in the historic guesthouse is a charming little Bed and Breakfast that's a great option for non-campers. The rooms and everything boast the perfect balance of rustic country ambiance and class. This place is a true hidden gem.
