Idaho is such an underrated state. We have so much more to offer than potatoes (although they are delicious.) Our natural wonders are boundless – especially the waterfalls. One of the best hiking trails with waterfalls in Idaho is Shoshone Falls, otherwise known as the “Niagara of the West.” This 212-foot cascade can be reached via an easy, .6-mile hike to an observation deck that provides a striking panoramic vista of both the falls and the surrounding landscape.
