One of our favorites is the Anaina Hou Community Park playground on the island of Kauai.

This incredible playground is in a fantastic location. The community park is also home to great hiking trails, a fun and interesting mini-golf course, and even a stage that hosts live music and the Ahi Lele Fire Show every Wednesday from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The playground is where every child naturally gravitates, and for a good reason.

Recently constructed in 2018, it’s a well-built playground that’s thoughtful and imaginative. It’s clean and new, and each piece of equipment tells a story about Hawaii’s history and culture.

The serene and peaceful surroundings make it a good spot to bring the kids for the day. If you find yourself needing a change of scenery, walk across the nearby bridge, or hit the Farmer’s Market for produce to mix it up a little.

That means you can swing by, Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. So pack a picnic lunch and prepare to enjoy yourself!
