The Largest Book Sale In Hawaii Has Just Gone Virtual And Bookworms Will Love It

Is there anything better than kicking back on a Hawaiian beach, digging your toes into the sand, and enjoying a good book while listening to the waves crash against the shore? We don’t think so — except, of course, the book you’re reading was purchased at the Annual Friends of the Library book sale, which just went virtual for the first time ever.

We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life as we all practice social and physical distancing. While we’re continuing to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, we don’t expect or encourage you to go check them out immediately. We believe that supporting local attractions is important now more than ever and we hope our articles inspire your future adventures! And on that note, please nominate your favorite local business that could use some love right now: https://www.onlyinyourstate.com/nominate/

For more information about the Friends of the Library book sale, and to make a purchase of your own, check out their website or follow them on Facebook. Then, click here to learn about the largest used bookstore in the Aloha State — it’s home to more than two miles of books!
