What are some more gardens in Georgia?
Georgia has some really great gardens. With our warm weather, plants are really able to thrive here. Of course, the Atlanta Botanical Gardens are worth mentioning. You'll be amazed by the Kendeda Canopy Walk there - it's really stunning. You also don't want to miss the 313-acre State Botanical Gardens of Georgia in Athens on the University of Georgia campus. Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain is stunning and it contains the Cecil B. Day Center, the largest butterfly house in Georgia!
What are some unique attractions in Georgia?
Graveface Museum in Savannah is definitely a weird one. It started as a record store with bizarre decorations, but the owner has now opened up a museum of oddities as well. It's stocked with serial killer-produced artwork and weird taxidermy mounts. If you're a fan of the strange, you will trulybe enamored! Another fun place is the Image Doctor's Camera Museum in McDonough. It's teeming with historical artifacts from the earliest days of photography up until now. They've also got loads of really neat historical photographs that are fun to peruse. And we'd be remiss to not mention the mysterious Georgia Guidestones near Elberton. There are so many conspiracy theories surrounding them!
What are some can't-miss spots in Georgia?
We have so many tourist attractions and hidden gems that places may not know about. If you haven't seen all of Georgia's seven wonders, get on that immediately! Atlanta has a lot of really fantastic neighborhoods and tons of things to check out (Little Five Points is so charming!), and of course, Savannah is one of the most beautiful cities in the entire world.
