14 Things In Georgia You Must Experience Before You Die
When was the last time you took the time to really taste a peach or watched the sun set over a Georgia pasture? Some times, we just have to sit back and embrace all of the beauty that surrounds us. It’s the simple pleasures that really spice up life–here’s 14 of the best simple pleasures you have to experience in Georgia:
1) A ripe Georgia peach.
You haven't lived until you've experienced the sweet sensation of a juicy, ripe peach in your mouth.
2) The beautiful and historical architecture in Savannah, GA.
Savannah has some of the oldest buildings in the country. It is simply awe-taking to experience some of the historical structures that have stood the test of time.
3) A game at Turner Field.
A true Georgia tradition--watching a Braves game at Turner field is a must this summer!
4) The skyline from atop Stone Mountain.
There is something breathtaking about being able to see the skyline of Atlanta from the top of Stone Mountain.
5) The Spanish Moss and trees in Savannah, GA.
The Spanish Moss grows upon larger trees such as the Southern Live Oak. The Spanish Moss gives much of Savannah a unique and almost magical look.

7) Ellison's Cave in Walker County on Pigeon Mountain.
Ellison's Cave is the 12th deepest in the US and is over 12 miles long. It extends 1063 feet vertically and has an underground pitch called the "Fantastic Pit".
8) A trip to the Blue Ridge Mountains.
The Blue Ridge mountains are some of Georgia's most popular mountains. It's a beautiful destination for many visitors around the country. There's so many recreational activities to partake in such as jet skiing on Lake Blue Ridge, hiking, and just experiencing nature at its best!

There is nothing better on a hot Georgia day than to take a swim in one our many swimming holes. There are so many great lakes and streams in Georgia. The possibilities are endless!

When the Cherry Blossoms in Macon bloom, it becomes an international event. People from all over the world have come to see the Cherry Blossom capital. They host a festival every year to honor these beautiful blossoms.

Everywhere you look, you will be sure to find some artifact of history. Some of these old abandoned buildings are fascinating, and tell a story of a former Georgia.
14) Experience some of the wildlife in Georgia.
