The Rooftop Ice Skating Rink In Georgia That Comes Complete With S’mores Stations & Igloo Rentals
Georgians—don’t let the chilly weather get you down. While winter brings about some stressful times—more traffic, holiday shopping, scraping ice off your windshield—there are other wonderful things that it brings about as well. For example, you can ice skate on the rooftop in Atlanta, complete with s’more stations and igloo rentals. That’s right, we said igloos.
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life as we all practice social and physical distancing. Skate the Sky is located at Ponce City Market at 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30308. Skating is $15 for adults and $8 for children between the ages of 5 and 12 years old. This does include the price of rental skates. The hours are Monday through Wednesday 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., Thursday and Friday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. Check out the website or Facebook page for more information about the ice skating and igloos.
