One of our favorite spots that perfectly personifies that down-home charm is Huck’s Cafe in the little town of Commerce, about half an hour outside of Athens. This spot lies just past the downtown area and is typically packed each night. It’s a popular gathering spot for locals, but it’s so old-fashioned that it doesn’t even have a website. With just one visit here, you’ll see why this place has been delighting visitors for nearly half a century.
