Lisa loves animals and has dogs, rats, cats, guinea pigs, and snakes. She is passionate about animal rescue and live music - traveling across the country to see a favorite band is a pretty regular occurrence! Being out hiking in the woods enjoying the scenery with her beloved dogs is another favorite hobby, and also checking out the Pokemon Go scene in whatever city she happens to be in at any given time (coffee and dog leash in hand). Ever wish you could just escape from society and go live in the woods? While we’re not advocating for you to become a hermit in the North Georgia mountains, we are blessed to have plenty of peaceful place in Georgia where you can get away from the chaos of everyday life for a bit. The Peach State is blessed with some pretty amazing trails, but few are as beautiful or magical as the Len Foote Trail near Dawsonville. This is not an easy hike, but if you’re up for the challenge, the views are definitely worth the effort. Check it out:
