Here Are The 10 Richest Cities In Georgia
Have you ever wondered where the Georgia elite live? Well this list, provided by the sister publication of the Atlanta Business Chronicle did the math and found the households with the highest incomes–over 150K to be exact.

This small city in Gwinnett County started off as a lake retreat. Now it is one of the wealthiest cities in Georgia with more than 30 percent of households having an income of 150K or more.

Milton is commonly known as an affluent community in North Georgia. Nearly 37 percent of households here make 150K or more.

In 2012, Money Magazine named Johns Creek the 13th highest earning city in the country! This beautiful community is located in Fulton County.

Skidaway Island is part of the Savannah Metropolitan area and is spotted with waterfront properties and golf courses. It is one of the most affluent communities in the country. This exclusive city is in Chatham County.

Dunwoody is yet another city in North Fulton that is an affluent city, with 26.58 percent of the city having households with incomes of 150K and more.

Part of Druid Hills is located in the city of Atlanta, and the other part is located in Dekalb County. It heads Georgia as one of its most affluent neighborhoods with its median home income being more than 238K.

Sandy Springs is yet another city on our list that tops Georgia as one of the wealthiest with just over a quarter of households having incomes of 150K or above.

Alpharetta is a nice, quiet and diverse neighborhood in North Georgia. It also has its share of affluent families, with 23.74 percent of households with 150K or more in income.

Pictured is Vickery Creek Covered Bridge, which is just one of the many nice features of Roswell. This is the last city on our list that is a part of the North Fulton range of affluent cities, with 22.84 percent of the city's households having 150K or more in income.

The land of the golf courses and nice neighborhoods finishes out last on our list! The population has a median age of 42-years-old, which is a bit older than the Georgia median of 35-years-old. This may have something to do with their median net worth being so high, which is more than 797K, according to realtor.com.
