Georgia is the birthplace of Coca-Cola. But yet, few people (outside of the residents, of course) know this to be the case. While Georgians are well-aware of this fact and wear the badge proudly, it likely could be said for anyone else drinking the fizzy beverage that has no clue where it even came from. Perhaps if you’ve visited the Coca Cola museum in Atlanta, you’ve become aware, but do you really know the history behind this time-honored beverage?
