Whether you’ve lived here all your life or are just visiting for a day, it’s easy to see that the Peach State is a pretty special place. There are such a wide array of beautiful places in Georgia. If you’re looking for metropolitan glamor, it doesn’t get much more bustling than Atlanta. Savannah has one of the most charming historic districts in the entire country. Our barrier islands like Tybee and Jekyll are perfect beach getaways, but we also have the beautiful mountains of the northeast part of the state. Here are some of our favorite places in Georgia:
Providence Canyon State Park, 8930 Canyon Rd, Lumpkin, GA 31815, USA
Providence Canyon is considered one of the wonders of Georgia and is nicknamed the "Little Grand Canyon." It's amazing to look at these deep gorges and realize that they were primarily the result of poor agricultural practices! Most of the canyons here were greatly worsened by soil erosion from runoff.
River Street Savannah Georgia, River St, Savannah, GA 31401, USA
Savannah is the oldest city in Georgia and it's such a great area regardless of what your interests are. There are tons of historical museums here, but it's also a city that's filled with natural beauty. The nightlife is great and there are plenty of concerts and restaurants to check out.

Radium Springs Garden, 2501 Radium Springs Rd, Albany, GA 31705, USA
Radium Springs is also considered one of Georgia's seven natural wonders. An underground cave pumps out 70,000 gallons of water each minute that is a clear, brilliant blue. You aren't able to swim here, but it's a stunning place for a walk.
