Butterburgers are all about the butter, and they know how to slather it on here. Solly's uses only Wisconsin creamery butter on its burgers.

The 100% ground sirloin beef is purchased locally and delivered fresh daily, then grilled up to order.

The result? A perfect, mouth-watering butterburger.

These burgers have so much Wisconsin butter that it pools on the plate.

If you're really hungry, get the "Cheesehead," which includes a 2/3 pounds of sirloin beef, grilled mushrooms, stewed and raw onions, and three kinds of cheese.

The restaurant is open on Sunday from 8 AM to 4 PM; Monday from 10 AM to 8 PM, and Tuesday through Saturday from 6:30 AM to 8 PM.
