Owner and creator Jaceleen Latin-Monagle has worked in the Milwaukee restaurant business for years, and is also the pastry chef at DanDan right across the street!

With so many French and Italian-style bakeries in Milwaukee already, the owner was determined to make Batches truly American. These ooey gooey treats have a classic twist.
