When I think of Cuba, salsa dancing, live music, and phenomenal food automatically come to mind. If you can't make it to the tiny island to experience some of what makes the country so special, you can still enjoy elements of Cuba right in Burlington, Vermont.

Santiago's Cuban Cuisine is a vibrant new restaurant conveniently located on 3 Main Street, next to the historic Burlington Union Station. Aside from its brick-and-mortar address, this exciting spot is a few moments from Lake Champlain and Burlington's Church Street. As you'll soon see, this labor of love is the place for homemade Cuban dishes like pollo asado, ropa vieja, and the best Cubano in Vermont.
