Spring House Restaurant, Kitchen & Bar in downtown Winston-Salem is a favorite regional restaurant in North Carolina. It opened in 2012 in a restored, historic home, bringing a strong sense of place in Winston-Salem’s vibrant history through the cuisine as well. The award-winning Chef Timothy Grandinetti and his culinary team create Southern-style dishes "in cadence with Mother Nature." In other words, the homemade, creative, and locally sourced ingredients come from a place of love you will feel in every bite.
The grand restaurant and bar, which is also an expansive event venue, is located in the former 1920s Bahnson House.
This historic home is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

When it's time for these soft-shell crabs, be the first in line to try their crunchy, golden goodness.
This Pan Roasted Wahoo is a fish special served over Savannah-inspired red rice and tomatillo ragout.

And while it's difficult to hold back, save a little room.
For dessert order the St. Louis-inspired Ooey Gooey Butter Cake drizzled with "soda fountain" walnut syrup.
